China-based Cleantech Solutions International Inc. — a supplier of dyeing and finishing equipment,
and a manufacturer of metal components and assemblies — has delivered 21 of its airflow dyeing
machines to an existing customer in China. The total purchase price for the order is 11.8 renminbi
— approximately US$1.9 million.
Cleantech’s airflow technology uses air as a medium to dye textiles, unlike traditional
textile dyeing processing technologies that use water. The company reports airflow technology
reduces emissions and costs, and also results in a less wrinkled and less damaged textile at the
end of the dyeing cycle.
“We are pleased to see a continuous order flow for our airflow dyeing machines, which have
received strong validation from our long-term customers,” said Jianhua Wu, chairman and CEO,
Cleantech. “Based on our proven track record, we are confident that we will secure more and larger
orders in the coming months and that this segment will make a positive contribution to our business
performance in 2013.”
