Germany-based A. Monforts Textilmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG — a manufacturer of dyeing and
finishing machines and ranges — recently shipped a new eight-chamber Montex tenter and DynAir
relaxation drying range to Turkey-based knitted apparel fabric finisher Boyteks Boya Tekstil.
The DynAir twin-belt drying line is used for knitted fabric relaxation shrinking, and feeds
in either open-width or tubular form. It features a special air guidance system with pulsating air
currents that enable the fabric to move smoothly through the dryer without catching.
The Monforts installation at Boyteks Boya Tekstil includes a new eight-chamber Montex
tenter.
Boyteks Boya operates two plants in the Corlu region of Turkey, where it dyes and finishes an
average of 18 to 20 tons of knitted cotton and polyester fabrics per day. The end-products are then
sold to the local Turkish market for garment making.
