Brückner Plant Technologies GmbH & Co. KG has released the second generation of its Power-Therm
DT dryer for nonwovens applications. The original version of the dryer offers a high degree of
flexibility regarding the application area as well as minimal energy consumption and short set-up
times. Features include the possibility to set different temperatures, and air flows that circulate
over and under the fabric — a feature that provides more flexibility for processing compound and
coated materials.

The second-generation Power-Therm DT has a new type of combined air circulation system
featuring nozzles and through-flow. First-generation dryers can be easily modified to offer this
feature.
