United States-based Safe Reflections has opened a headquarters for its Asia business unit in New Taipei City, Taiwan. Sales, customer service and accounting functions are now operating out of the new location, and a wash-testing lab and materials warehouse will open during the third quarter 2015.
In January 2016, Safe Reflections plans to also commission reflective converting capabilities for its reflective trims, rolled goods and heat transfer business.
“While we have had a presence in Asia for over five years, including a dedicated sales team, our new facility will help us further support our rapidly growing global consumer activewear business,” said Chuck Gruber, CEO, Safe Reflections. “For our customers that use Asia-based garment facilities to manufacture their products, this will create efficiencies and allow us to be more responsive to their needs and deadlines.”
