United States-based Q-Lab Corp. is celebrating the 10-year anniversary of its Q-Lab China office, which recently became a wholly foreign-owned enterprise. According to Q-Lab, this change will allow Q-Lab China to respond much faster to replacement parts and calibration requests for its weathering, light stability and corrosion test equipment.
The anniversary also commemorates 30 years of sales in China. The first Q-Lab instrument was sold to a customer in China in 1985. Growing demand from there led to the company opening Q-Lab China in 2005.
“The 10th anniversary of our office in China represents a tremendous milestone for the company,” said Doug Grossman, president, Q-Lab. “Over the past decade, we’ve reinforced our reputation as ‘the most trusted name in weathering’ in this important region. I am extremely proud of our China team, our distribution partners, and their accomplishments — they have made the name Q-Lab synonymous with superb quality, unparalleled technical expertise, and exceptional service.”
Q-Lab China is now a wholly foreign-owned enterprise.
