Cherokee Licenses RT Mart To Sell Cherokee Brand In China

United States-based Cherokee Inc. — a marketer, licensor and manager of brands in the family
apparel, fashion accessories and footwear, home furnishings, and recreational products markets —
has signed an exclusive international license agreement with RT Mart Stores for its Cherokee Brand.
RT Mart is a division of Ruentex Industries Ltd., a Taiwan-based textile, retail and trading
company that operates more than 125 hypermarket stores in China. The multi-year license agreement
includes home textiles as well as men’s, women’s and children’s clothing, footwear and accessories.

expertise, creates an ideal partnership for Cherokee in China.”
