Temafa Joins Dilo Group
Germany-based Dilo System Group Dilo System Group has acquired a majority interest in Temafa Maschinenfabrik GmbH, also based in Germany. Temafa will continue to operate as an independent company under the Dilo Group umbrella. Dilo expects Temafa’s machinery program for natural fiber processing, including fiber extraction plants, will allow it to take advantage of opportunities to offer complete lines for natural fiber nonwovens, especially for the automotive sector. Dilo anticipates demand for such products will grow as a result of rising oil prices and the increasing importance of ecological considerations.
