Küsters Installs ContinuousBleaching Range In Turkey
Eduard Küsters Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG, Germany, has completed the installation of a continuous bleaching range at Zorlu Linen Dokuma Emprime, Turkey, a bed linen manufacturer.The total order included a FlexNip applicator, a Pad-Batch range with dosing station Contidos SF, and a HyCon-L textile calender. The commissioned range for treating 100-percent cotton and striped satin is made up of a suction system with pulling device; openwidth Compacta washing machines; two-roll, high-performance squeezing devices; a FlexNip applicator; a Rollerbed steamer with Cloud- Control; squeezing devices; cylinder dryer; cloth scray with winder; waste water heat exchanger; and a Contidos SA dosing station. The working width of the range is 2,800 millimeters and the production speed reaches up to 100 meters per minute for wovens.Zorlu has purchased two bleaching ranges previously from Küsters.
